15th Annual Bruce Beach BBQ - Volunteers Wanted

The Annual Bruce Beach BBQ is fast approaching, August 2nd is only weeks away and the last day to order tickets at the reduced price is July 21st.

Tickets are available from Heather McGregor-Brown at 395-0627 or Donna Tiernan at 396-6668

I am putting out a call for volunteers to assist with the BBQ.

  • Greeters/Hostess at the beginning of the evening to welcome guests

  • Volunteers to assist with the meal ticket collection and main course food distribution

  • Set up crew for fence, tables and chairs

  • Take down and cleanup crew for Sunday morning

  • Volunteers to assist with maintaining a clean environment within the area during the evening

  • Volunteers for cottage flyer distribution

  • Volunteers to run the 50/50 draw.

Thank you to everyone and I look forward to another memorable BBQ under the Lake Huron stars.
