Bruce Beach Hockey Win

The Bruce Beach Sailors competed in the Kincardine Oldstars Hockey Tournament during the weekend of the 28th to 30th of March and ended up winning the over 45 division!

In the championship game we fell behind early and often and were down 3-0 after the first period but battled back to go up 4-3 with 6 minutes to play when the Kitchener team scored on a power play to tie the game.

However, Bruce Beach ended up winning in double overtime, 5-4! This was the 16th consecutive time we've played in the Kincardine tournament, making the finals 8 times and winning 3.

For the record, the average age of our team is 60!
