2020 MEMBERSHIP AND GREENS FEES

2019 was another successful year for the oldest golf club in Bruce County.

A team of 24 volunteers launched the season with the Spring Work Bee, installing a new non-fray rope railing on #8 to match #2, and new custom 8” cups on holes 1 through 8.

At the inaugural Fall Work Bee, several large loads of brush were removed, the workhorse golf cart was retired and the new-to-BBGC work vehicle was initiated.

With the course and clubhouse experiencing increasing popularity, the team of dedicated volunteers that has revitalized the course and clubhouse over the past decade deserve a huge thanks, with special acknowledgement to Dave and Nan Grant, Dave Mochi, and Jim Pennington.

Dozens of cottagers contribute annually through memberships, donations, sweat equity, and events like the Billy Open, organized by Carole Stallworthy and her team. Opportunities for organizational leadership are available, and expressions of interest are welcomed through the executive.
